The receptionist never got off the phone to greet us all other people at front desk were disinterested to help. I asked to speak to the sales person and after several minutes, I decided to contact the Exec Director for faster service. He was great and he helped facilitate action. Our sales associate did not follow up as I thought she might. But, I did hear from the Exec director in a post visit email although have not spoken to him yet. The sales woman Sheila was a VERY NICE INFORMATIVE PROFESSIONAL LADY, however, I realize there are a few things that were not covered, yet I'm sure she would answer any questions we might have next. I had a very bad experience with my original phone call inquiring about the place to begin with, and that is the reason I had to contact the Exec Director who handled everything beautifully!! Bob Fiorentino is the Director. I will see how it turns out with my follow up phone calls, since no one has contacted me yet.

We feel comfortable with the care that her mother gets there. They check in on her all the time and the food is wonderful. She enjoys being sociable with the other ladies. And enjoys when the vendors come in to sell their costume jewelry
