Senior Resource Group LLC (SRG) Announces Rob Henderson as Chief Operating Officer
SOLANA BEACH, Calif. – Senior Resource Group LLC (SRG), an innovator in developing and operating award-winning senior living communities, is pleased to announce the promotion of Rob Henderson to Chief Operating Officer.
Henderson joined SRG last year as Vice President of Operations, where he oversaw several of SRG’s communities. During his tenure, Henderson has demonstrated a commitment to strategic leadership and operational excellence, driven by a passion for senior living in alignment with SRG’s guiding principles.
He assumes this critical role as SRG continues to focus on growth and delivering on its promise to residents, employees and partners. With more than 26 years of experience in all operational facets of senior living, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing, Henderson has held executive leadership roles in Southern California-based senior living companies serving residents nationwide. He has significantly contributed to the successful growth and expansion of their portfolios through development, acquisitions and continuous operational improvements.
