Maravilla Scottsdale exudes warmth and genuine class, topped with compassion from the moment one walks in to find themselves greeted by hospitable receptionists, to maintenance that goes above and beyond (even so kind as to offer a helping hand with my computer issue) to take time sharing resources as well as providing extensive support. The nurses as well as caregivers have elephant-sized hearts, impressive experience and fab personalities! One can see walking up and down the hallways, in the living room or dining room, the extent of that staff’s devotion to the residents as well as their families. Management figures (such as Kaila and Sandy) are role models of what this world needs more of, truly a breath of fresh air, builds trust, and goes above and beyond to create a tranquil along with welcoming environment full of joybursts. Thank you for all you do for our communities as well as extended families, east coast to west!

The team at Maravilla is amazing. Our loved one spent her final three years in their Assisted Living and Enliven (their memory care) programs. She thrived during those years. The staff created a loving and warm home for our loved one. We (the family) were blown away about how passionate each team member cares about helping the resident have a quality life experience. The team care for each other and for those who live there. They even cared for the well-being of family members and other caregivers. On a scale of 1-to-5 we give them a 5+!!! Thank you Maravilla for creating a community of love and care!

Loved the whole tour. The place is absolutely beautiful, and there are so many opportunities and things to do upon residing there. Tracey Lundgren was fabulous. She was very, very pleasant. She was extremely knowledgeable. She answered every question we had about not only Maravilla, but also how it might compare to other residential options. We saw two different types of units. A large Casita and a large two bedroom and den apartment. Both were very nice. We also had an opportunity to have lunch in the dining room. The food was very good, and the weight staff was very service, oriented and friendly. We will definitely put Maravilla on the top of our list for our next stage of life. Thank you, Tracey.

I cannot speak highly enough of Maravilla Scottsdale’s Enliven Memory Care unit (“Enliven”). We moved to Scottsdale from the Philadelphia area in August 2024, and simultaneously moved my mother from memory care in PA to Maravilla’s Enliven unit. I was impressed when I initially toured Enliven (with both the staffing levels and the beauty of the facility), but could not have anticipated the staff’s exceptional level of care for my mother. As the family member that visited my mom at Enliven at least weekly, I frequently interacted with the staff and observed the staff with my mom and other residents. I was surprised to learn in the following months that the staff (from Enliven Director Kaila to unit nurses to aids and other staff) knew so well my mother’s and the other residents’ individual personalities, preferences, likes/dislikes, dementia-related behavioral idiosyncrasies, etc. Unfortunately, my mother only had a bit over four months at Enliven before passing away. From the time she moved in and particularly at end-of-life, the Enliven staff were empathetic and compassionate to both my mother and me, making a very difficult time more than a bit easier. I actually miss seeing many of the staff members as I was privileged to get to know them during my mother’s time at Enliven. Enliven’s communication was also excellent. Whenever there was medical question/issue or something out of the ordinary (for example, a skin tear due to her thin skin and resulting from transferring from wheelchair to bed), I would receive a phone call and summary of how the Enliven staff proposed to handle/treat. In summary, I am grateful to the staff and that my mother was at Maravilla Scottsdale’s Enliven Memory Care unit for the last 4+ months of her life and would not hesitate to choose Enliven again if a family member requires memory care in the future. Thank you to Enliven for taking care of my mother (and me, too)!!

Such a wonderful experience, viewing all the amenities at this beautiful place. Could not be more impressed than I was with my tour. Was treated to a wonderful lunch! Am hopeful I can move here.
