Lesa at Springridge gave us a wonderful tour of the facility and we were impressed with the building, the meals and the friendly staff we met.  The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated and updated. and the grounds lovely.   I would not hesitate to recommend Lesa as a knowledgeable contact person if you are interested in Springridge at Charbonneau for a family member.

Since I began my search about three months ago and have looked at six or seven places, when I got to Spring Ridge and driving through the Oaks to get there I felt at home immediately. As I will be joining you in several weeks that surely says a lot about my impression. There were many great details and meeting of people; staff and residence. I’m looking forward to moving in soon! We have the most fun adventures at SpringRidge at Charbonneau. Our fantastic event manager, Michelle Watts, set up an overnight at the beach. We shopped and ate at Cannon Beach and stayed at a lovely hotel in SeaSide. We had a wonderful time, the weather was great, and we can’t wait to do it again!!

I was very favorably impressed with all that I saw. Lesa was an excellent tour guide. The brunch was delicious and the residents I met very friendly, as were all the staff. Thank you for a great visit.

We had the most wonderful tour with Monica. She answered all of our questions and showed us a variety of apartments. She was knowledgeable and delightful. It is a high quality, beautiful retirement community.

Lesa was the super person that provided us all the information on SpringRidge. She was personable, knowledgeable and friendly. Took us on a tour which ended with lunch. The facility is in a beautiful neighborhood with trees and lots of walking area. The facility is well maintained and inviting. Lots of amenities and activities available. Food was excellent and dining area made you feel you were at a fine dining restaurant. All people we encountered from staff to residents were friendly. This is a lovely facility.

We flew to Salem for a whirlwind tour of possible retirement facilities. SpringRidge stood out. From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed and that this was the place for us. The building and apartments were well maintained, our host, Monique, walked us through the facilities, the financial details and our pre-selected unit configuration. It was an easy decision to come and live here.

I have lived at Springridge at Charbonneau for the past ten months. I am a new widow and it is the right place for me at this stage of my life. I take advantage of the many activities including card games, bus trips, and entertainment. There is always something to do. I also take advantage of the wonderful indoor covered pool as often as I can. We have wonderful residents and staff.
