SOLANA BEACH, Calif. – MARCH 14, 2025 – It is with profound sadness that Senior Resource Group (SRG) announces the passing of Ron Mead, Vice President of Operations. His extraordinary leadership and ability to inspire those around him will be missed.
A leader with a deep knowledge of the senior living industry, Ron had an unwavering vision and commitment to the pursuit of excellence. He dedicated his career to SRG’s mission, shaping not only SRG but the broader industry as well, as illustrated by his leadership as the recent board chair of the California Assisted Living Association (CALA).
“Ron was an extraordinary leader, colleague, and friend who made a lasting impact on the organization, its residents, and everyone who was privileged to work with him,” said Michael Grust, president & CEO. “Beyond his professional accomplishments, it was Ron’s kindness, quick wit, and genuine love for his work that truly defined him.
