Maravilla Scottsdale, a luxury senior living community nestled in North Scottsdale, has released for reservation its latest casitas that offer a rarified lifestyle opportunity
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (September 25, 2024) – Senior Resource Group, a Solana Beach-based premier senior community developer, currently is under construction on the final expansion to its award-winning flagship community, Maravilla Scottsdale.
The luxury resort community, nestled between the Champions Golf Course at TPC Scottsdale and the world-renowned Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Resort, released its latest segment of casitas for reservation. Limited to only 47 casitas in the final phase, construction is ahead of schedule and set for completion early next year.

The final phase of development at Maravilla Scottsdale, located at 7325 E. Princess Blvd., also includes 115 lodge homes, expected to be complete by early 2026.
