Shannon Lang Named Executive Director for SpringRidge at Charbonneau
Senior Resource Group LLC (SRG), a leader in the development and operation of award-winning senior living communities, is proud to announce the appointment of Shannon Lang as the new Executive Director of SpringRidge at Charbonneau in Wilsonville, Ore. Lang brings a wealth of experience in senior living operations, marketing and hospitality, paired with an impressive track record in talent development and census growth.
In her new position, Lang will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and the services provided to residents of the independent living community, as well as SpringRidge Court, which offers assisted living and memory care. Additionally, she will provide leadership to a team of over 180 employees.
Previously, she served as Executive Director and Director of Sales at Northwest Place, an SRG sister community in Portland, Ore. Under her guidance, the community achieved full occupancy with a waitlist, reflecting her exceptional marketing expertise and commitment to resident satisfaction. She also ranked in the top third for customer satisfaction across the company’s portfolio.

Lang’s extensive career includes designing training programs, maintaining CARF accreditation, and overseeing capital expenditure projects to enhance community living environments. She is also recognized for her hands-on approach to staff development, facilitating monthly training sessions and implementing mentorship opportunities that encourage professional growth among team members.

Lang holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Health & Human Service Administration from the University of Arizona and is an RCF/ALF Licensed Administrator. She’s currently pursuing a master’s degree in public health from OHSU/PSU. In addition to her professional achievements, she serves on the Governance Committee for the Ronald McDonald House Executive Board.
